Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for customers located in the United States. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In some cases, for low-value items or damaged products, we may issue a refund without requiring a return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
